Vegas Uncork’d is a world-class food and wine festival held over Mother’s Day weekend, and celebrates Las Vegas’ premier standing as the world’s most exciting and entertaining culinary destination. Passion for the art of cooking and innovative talent collide at 30 events, spanning over four days, with more than 50 chefs on the cutting edge of today’s global culinary scene. Vegas Uncork’d is presented by Bon Appétit magazine, and is made possible by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). Anchored by Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, and Wynn/Encore, Vegas Uncork’d offers intimate access to celebrity chefs in the most dynamic culinary destination in the world.
