Hard Rock Cafe on the Las Vegas Strip

Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip

Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip

This brand new 42,000 sq feet, three story Hard Rock Café is sister to the Hard Rock Resort & Casino. It’s located right on the Las Vegas Strip next to the MGM Grand (across from New York New York) and has opened this weekend to the public.  Hi-speed Internet access, an interactive rock wall and a contemporary lounge & bar are just the beginning.  The second floor can seat 1,000 for concert seating and features state of the art audio and video to showcase acts from around the world.

The menu at the 950 seat restaurant mirrors the fare at the other Hard Rock Café locations around the globe. It features classic American steaks, BBQ, burgers and sandwiches but the real stars are the interactive “Microsoft Surface” tables and patio dining with a view from right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip.

  1. Go into the Hard Rock store. Get some of Joe Perry’s hot sauces. Then go to the recipes page on his web site at http://www.joeperry.com/index.cfm?pk=viewall&cd=NAA&pid=400055 and try some recipes. Seven of the ten recipes are mine; Flowable Boneyard Wing Sauce; Joe Perry’s Rock Your World™ Boneyard Brew Hot Sauce Rockin’ Dipping Sauce; the two Boneyard Coney Sauces
    (v. 2.0 being the best); Mango Peach Salmon-Stuffed Pork Medallions; Mango Peach Chili; and my favorite, the Spicy Mango Peach Jam. His hot sauces are good on their own though!
