Korean Kimchee Pancake

1/2    cup Korean Kimchi chopped
1/3    cup all purpose flour
1/2    cup water
1       egg
1/4    tsp sugar
2       green onions
Oil for frying

Combine flour, water, egg and sugar together, mix till smooth.  Str in Kimchee and green onions.

Heat oil in a small non-stick pan, when oil is hot, add batter, spread it over the base of the pan to make a pancake and cook till golden brown. Flip and cook other side till brown.

Serve hot with a dipping sauce made of equal parts of soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and sesame seeds.
